Product Composition & Functions
- Air Chamber Made of elastic materials such as rubber or rubber‑plastic composite. It features excellent flexibility and air‑tightness. After inflation, it expands to fit tightly against casing threads for protection.
- Outer Shell Generally manufactured by new die‑casting technology from polyurethane, steel and other materials. It is wear‑resistant, corrosion‑resistant and pressure‑resistant. It protects the air chamber from external environmental impacts and makes the inflatable thread protector more attractive and robust.
- Inflation Valve Used to control inflation and deflation of the air chamber. Usually installed on one end of the inflatable thread protector. It enables quick and easy operation; inflation and deflation can be realized by pressing.
