Widely applied in petroleum exploitation, steel pipe processing and engineering machinery supporting industries, our products feature wear‑resistance, corrosion‑resistance, high‑low temperature resistance and tear‑resistance. Hundreds of specifications are available complying with GB, API and other standards. Customization based on drawings or samples is supported.

If you do not have them, please offer key parameters including inner & outer dimensions, thread type (Metric / NPT / API), material requirement, color, actual working condition and order quantity. Our technical team will prepare product solution and formal quotation accordingly. Both mass‑production orders and small‑batch trial orders are acceptable.

We have established a complete full‑process quality inspection system. Raw materials will be sampled and inspected before warehousing. During production, equipment is checked regularly and moulds are calibrated. Finished goods will be sampled for impact‑resistance, wear‑resistance and temperature‑resistance tests with full dimension checking. Defective goods will be rejected and will never be delivered.

Three main material options: all‑plastic, plastic‑steel composite and all‑steel.

  1. All‑plastic (PE): lightweight and cost‑effective, for dust‑proof and anti‑collision protection of ordinary steel pipes and flanges.
  2. Plastic‑steel composite: plastic outer shell with steel inner liner, outstanding impact resistance, perfect for ocean transportation protection of drill pipes and casings.
  3. All‑steel: highest mechanical strength, fit for harsh working conditions and repeated reuse. Please inform us of your application environment and transportation method, we will recommend the most suitable material solution.
